The pallet is a central part of the screen printing process, it is the part of the machine that's subjected to the most physical stress during the screen printing process, the pressure, rotation, temperature variations, etc.  

In order to improve the performance of the pallets, ROQ uses high quality materials and a special architecture. The screen printing pallets are made of aluminum, but hollow inside, making them much lighter than a normal pallet.

The interior design of the pallets is based on honeycomb architecture. This feature lends them the extraordinary mechanical resistance necessary to endure millions of cycles in an automatic screen-printing machine. As a bonus, it is much easier to control and change the temperature of these screen printing pallets. This unique feature makes screen printing with water-based inks a super-efficient process.
