The ROQ Hybrid digital printer is available in 4 (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) or 6 colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Green and Red) which compose our  CMYKGR Micropigment 2.0 system that optimizes recipies for premium inkset performance on all kinds of garments. 

We do not recommend the use of other inks because we cannot guarantee either the quality of the prints or the clogging or degradation of the priting heads.

For outstanding Hybrid prints with Top Coating, you can use a P16 integrated with the ROQ Hybrid and follow this steps:

FLASH CURE

Print 1st under base White Base 2.0  

FLASH CURE

IRON

Print 2nd under base White Base 2.0  

FLASH CURE (Turbo)

Print primer paste / pretreat Primer Paste 2.0

FLASH CURE (Turbo)

ROQ HYBRID CMYKRG or CMYK

Free pallet ROQ Hybrid perimeter

FLASH CURE

Print Clear 2.0 as top coating

Free pallet

Unload

It means that you have to use 5 screens, 5 flash cures, 1 Iron in the Hybrid process and to cure in the dryer at 160 C / 5 minutes.
