Nothing better than the words of  Ross Hunter, ROQ.US President, to demonstrate the importance of this space for the entire community of printers, not only in the United States, but also in other countries around the world. 

The inauguration of this space and the start of training courses for printers and technicians is a milestone in the life of ROQus

In Phil Alexander, Technical Director of ROQ.US Digital Division, words: “The ROQ US Tech Center is going to be our demo, training, sampling and support hub for North America. We have a P14 Next, a P16 Eco with Hybrid, the digital printer ROQ Now, our Packaging lineup and a Sahara Dryer.

Just about every week we host our North American technicians. These technicians come to help refurbish, upgrade, and train on equipment.

In partnership with Made Lab, we also host a 2 day introduction to automation class. In the class we educate on what automation entails. This includes screen making, printing, and getting to know the ROQ lineup.

We're also now able to do samples for potential digital partners. This includes live demos, walkarounds, and answering any questions that might come up.

This is also our support team headquarters. We have both support for the screen printing machines as well as the digital machines.

All in all, this is a very exciting time for ROQ US”, Phil stated.
