With the presence at FESPA 2021 (from the 12nd to the 15th of October, in Amesterdam), ROQ aims to show the new solutions we have been working on as we never stop innovating! The machines we will bring to the show floor will be a testament to this very fact.

Our brand-new 3rd Generation DTG Machines will be taking center stage as we will feature them for the first time. It will be a great opportunity for everyone to see them in action and check out their new features. Both our fully digital powerhouse ROQ Now and our ROQ Hybrid that combines DTG with screen printing will be present.

The ROQ Now is an industrial DTG printer that combines this new digital technology with high production and quality. To achieve its high speeds of around 200 pieces per hour - either in variable data or copies of the same artwork for small-run jobs - the ROQ Now is offered with two inline pre-treaters, 4 flash-cures and 4 heat-presses that are all perfectly configured for a complete automated workflow.

Our ROQ Hybrid, that will be connected to one of our top-of-the-line screen printing machines, is a fusion between screen-printing and digital printing, combining DTG with Screens. It allows for the speedy screen-printing method to deal with some of the more time-consuming processes, leaving all the colour in charge of digital that offers a larger colour gamut, better resolution options and outputs that you can't find in screen-printing.

At the show floor you will also be able to find the machines that better complement our new DTG solutions, the ROQ Sahara and ROQ Out.

A product of hard work and dedication, the ROQ Sahara is ROQ’s brand new conveyor dryer that we can’t wait for everyone to get a look at. A big upgrade was made and in order to compete at the highest level, our new dryer comes with improved energy efficiency through its reinforced insulation and stand-by mode, an increased chamber entry height of 140 mm (5,5’), noise reduction and an updated user-friendly software with a brand-new recipe saving system to adapt to different types of job curing parameters.

The ROQ Out, is a machine that has been in development for a long time now and we are excited for everyone to finally be able to see it. ROQ Out is our semi-automatic folding, packaging and labeling solution, a 3-in-1 machine that was built thinking of the new web to print markets that for long have been yearning for faster and easier ways to speed up their product delivery. Of extremely reduced dimensions when compared to its competitors, our ROQ Out offers a full packaging line, from folding to labeling, in a small package able to be placed in all kinds and sizes of print shops.
