ROQ is now present in over 60 countries in all five continents. Exporting to the entire world allows ROQ to have contact with several realities in the screen printing world. In many places ROQ discovered that the screen printers had problems with dust and impurities on the fabrics to be printed. This is a big problem for many of our customers. If your textiles have impurities on them, these will make the surface uneven. Meaning that when you print all of those imperfections will affect your job, will be noticeable. These imperfections will become non-conformities. This will obviously reduce your productivity and your profits. We studied the problem and we understood that some of these impurities are really hard to remove. These were the foundations for the design of the ROQstorm.

During our study we found another natural application for the ROQstorm. We noticed that the printers had some problems in cleaning the excess of flock after the flocking jobs were done. The ROQstorm is a perfect complement for this type of work. After the pieces are cured out of the dryer an operator picks the piece and passes it through the ROQstorm. After this step the piece will be completely free of any impurity or excess flock and ready for packaging.

This was our starting point. These were the needs we identified in the market. So we designed the ROQstorm a powerful machine that fixed all these problems. Same sexy design like the automatic screen printing machines from ROQ. And had to be in our green along with our other traits, quality, durability, precision and filled with innovation.

In Milan during the ITMA show of 2015 we debuted the ROQpress IRON. It was an instant eye catcher for the visitors of our booth. We had it installed on the automatic screen printing machine ROQprint Eco. This screen printing job was a 9 color job in a black t-shirt. This implied the print of a white base so that the next colors would not loose brightness on top of the black fabric. Initially we were using th ROQpress Iron after the white base. We did a few t-shirts without the ROQpress Iron so that we could compare. The Eco working relentless with its known accuracy it made some damn good looking shirts. Then we put the ROQpress Iron working after the base was applied. The production numbers did not dwindled but the visitors praised the quality of the print. The texture was completely different. After a few runs on it we decided to make the ROQpress Iron pass on the fabric twice. On top of the base and after the whole print was done. None of our visitors expected that feel on a heavy plastisol print. 9 plastisol colors and the end result was of an excellent touch. This was the final proof of the huge part a ROQpress Iron can have in any print shop in the world.

This module the ROQpress Iron is compatible with every automatic screen printing machine done by ROQ. Either carousel or our oval screen printing machine. Super easy to configure it will work sinchronized with your screen printing machine.

Using heat in conjunction with mechanical force the ROQpress Iron works the texture of the fabric making it more uniform. This leads to a noticeable improvement of the end quality of your print and by doing so it raises the raw value of your job.

At ROQ we create, design and build automatic screen printing machines. Both Oval and carousel. These screen printing machines in average output 1000 pieces per hour. With the same traits across the board, quality, durability, precision and updated with innovations every year. ROQ created a series of modules to complement the screen printing activity. A series of different dryers, a module to foil automatically (the ROQpress Foil) in the middle of the screen printing job a module to flock also in the middle of the screen printing process (the ROQflock). The ROQasp was designed to complement the ROQflock.

Traditional methods of flocking are known for the huge amounts of flocking fibers that contaminate the environment in the print shop. The traditional methods are so intrusive that big areas could became coloured due to the insane amounts of excess of flocking fibers. With the ROQflock this huge problem was eliminated with the added bonus of making it much faster and more profitable.

As ROQ is in the business of automatic screen printing machines, with the emphasis in the automatic, it always looks for ways to make the workflow in a print shop as efficient as possible. After flocking a piece there is always flock fibers that did not adhere to the glue. These will come off easily with the consequence of contaminating the print shop. As the flocking is being done automatically these would lead to a massive amounts of waste around the print shop.

The ROQasp was designed to be installed under any print head and vacuums the excess flock from the jobs done by the ROQflock improving the quality of the final product. It is powered by the automatic screen printing machine to which it is connected. Its vacuum head runs all over the print collecting all the loose fibers into a bag making sure the work environment says clean.

The ROQ screen printing machines are not only known by its quality, durability and precision but they are also known by its versatility. One of the traits that enforces this trait is the pallets that ROQ uses in all of its screen printing machines. These screen printing machines use aluminium honeycomb pallets. This is the optimal material in screen printing pallet construction. This material makes the pallets lighter. This brings numerous advantages that can be consulted here. One of those advantages is that by being light and hollow but by maintaining a super strong structure, it creates the perfect environment to manipulate temperature. We all know temperature is a key factor in screen printing. In some cases you need the temperature to maintain itself at high levels so that the glues react and if the printer is working with plastisol there is absolutely no problem. On the other hand there are some inks that react and clog screens at high temperatures or glues da react also with high temperatures. The most common example is making a print with flock. Flock is always the last thing to print. The printer needs to apply glue so that the flock adhere to the textile. If the pallet is not cool enough the glue will not work perfectly. Another problem with hot pallets is that when using some water based inks, if the pallets are too hot it will clog the screen. This will happen due to the evaporation of the water due to the heat in the pallet. ROQ provided the solution in the form of the ROQcool. This is a new module by ROQ that can be connected to any ROQ print head. It is powered by any ROQ screen printing machine. It uses the compressed air from the screen printing machine to blow a steady and even current of fresh air all over the pallet making it cooler and ready for the next step on the printing job.

ROQPack est une machine à emballer, conçue pour générer une rentabilité maximale à travers sa qualité et vitesse. Il s’agit de l’une des machines les plus importantes en matière d’emballage des pièces vestimentaires en raison de ses performances. Conçue à l’origine par ROQ, cette machine à emballer fonctionne à l’aide de deux rouleaux en plastique, simples et rapides à remplacer. ROQPack déroule les rouleaux, un en dessous et un autre au-dessus de la pièce. Au fur et à mesure que cela se produit, ROQPack soude le sac sur les côtés, la longueur étant préalablement définie. Les principales forces de la machine à emballer ROQPack résident dans sa capacité unique à s’adapter au type de pièce qui est nécessaire à emballer. Elle le fait soigneusement en tenant compte de la qualité finale de l’emballage et fait en même temps un usage plus efficace du plastique utilisé dans le sac, ainsi qu’un regroupement plus efficace des quelques restes qu’elle produit. Compte tenu de la demande du marché, ROQPack est spécialement conçue pour pouvoir être connectée à la ROQFold. La ROQPack offre une capacité de tirage maximale de 1200 pièces par heure. Lorsqu’elle est branchée à la machine ROQFold, elle permet d’obtenir une capacité de tirage maximale de 700 pièces, en faisant une ligne complète de pliage et d’emballage avec recours à un ouvrier uniquement, dont la fonction vise à placer les pièces dans la machine ROQFold.
